Floyd's Story
Since I left VHHS in 1956 and moved to a farm in Colorado I graduated from Lafayette HS then attended college at ASU, where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree. My career for the next 40+ years working for companies like Fairchild Semiconductor, IBM, Motorola and Components Inc. The past 30+ years was spent consulting on designs for aerospace products and military weapons systems. idewinder, Tomahawk, HARM, 777, EKV etc. Unfortunately in 2008 Pamela lost her battle with cancer and our company had to close. I am now traveling around the world capturing beautiful scenery, architecture and women in photographs. Some of these can be seen on my website. I have lived in the Phoenix, Arizona area for the past 50 years and love the beauty of this state. I will always remember my days at VHHS and my friends Gilbert Grace, Paul Celebron, Steve Bonino, Earl Hammans, Gary Bennet and others who made my time in Sunland and VHHS just wonderful.
